LCMV GP (61-80) is a specific epitope which can induce CD4+ T-cell response[1][2][3].</p> <p>研究表明淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒感染可诱导较强的 T 辅助细胞应答(至少在 C57BL/6 小鼠中),几乎完全集中于两个表位 GP61‑80 与 NP309‑328,均由 I‑Ab 分子呈递。淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒 61‑80 肽优先作为 T 辅助表位,该表位的加工途径似乎不同(不依赖溶酶体途径),用于病毒细胞介导靶向。<br /> <br /> LCMV infection has been shown to induce a relatively strong T-helper response (at least in C57BL/6 mice) focused almost entirely upon two epitopes, GP61–80 and NP309–328, both of which are presented by I-Ab. The LCMV 61-80 peptide acts preferentially as an LCMV T helper epitope and this epitope seems to be processed differently (lysosomal-independent pathway) for viral cell-mediated targeting.</p>
