VIP (human, porcine, rat) FAM-labeled incorporates a fluorescent tag enabling visualization of peptide–receptor interactions. Labeling preserves helical propensity while adding spectroscopic utility. Sequence architecture remains intact for binding studies. The peptide is used in receptor-tracing and imaging assays.
